Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to request a return and full refund within 14 business days from the day you received your shampoo order.

In order to be eligible for a return, the shampoo bottle must have at least 80% of its original contents remaining.

To exercise your right to a refund, please inform us of your decision with a clear statement.

We will get back to you within 48 hours during our business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 business days from the day we receive the returned product. We will use the same payment method you used for your order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must have been purchased within the last 14 days

  • The bottle must contain at least 80% of the original product

  • The original packaging should be included when possible

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product is almost entirely used (less than 80% remains)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the product to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipping. For this reason, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned product or proof of delivery.
